Nownownow, transferred this week from troubled trainer Patrick Biancone to
his assistant Francois Parisel, rallied from last at the quarter pole to win
the inaugural running of the $916,000 million Breeders' Cup Juvenile Turf

Clearly Foxy Wins Natalma as Trainer Casse Sweeps
Trainer Mark Casse's runners swept the board in the CAN$162,000 Natalma Stakes (Can-III) for 2-year-old fillies, with the longest of his three hopes, 17-1 shot Clearly Foxy, driving to victory for jockey Jono Jones on the Woodbine lawn Sept. 9.
Old Man Buck Rocks in Grassy Cradle Stakes
The $200,000 Miller Lite Cradle Stakes, run on the River Downs' turf course for the first time this year to position itself as a prep for the inaugural Breeders' Cup Juvenile Turf, may not have attracted any major shippers this time. But it could have produced at least one contender for the $1-million race at Monmouth when favored Old Man Buck turned in a measured one-length victory in the 1 1/16-mile event Sept. 3.
